Account Login
Go to the login page and enter your email address and password to sign in to your Kaufes account.
Navigate through your account settings
Select the option in the dropdown menu under your profile name in the top right corner of the homepage "Account Settings" and then click "Personal Data."

To update your information,
follow these steps
- To adjust your salutation, select either "Mr.", "Mrs.", or "Other" under "Salutation" and then click "Save" to apply the changes.
- o update your name, click the "Edit" button, enter the desired name, and confirm the changes by clicking "Save.
- To update your date of birth, click the "Edit" button, select your birth date, and then click "Save."
Identity verification
Um Ihre Identitätsprüfung To initiate, click "Not submitted" under "Identity Verification" and carefully read the identity verification instructions. Verifying your identity is an important step to enhance your account security and build trust with buyers. To start the verification process, click the "Verify Now" button.
Select the issuing country and your document type, then click the "Continue" button.
In the next step, you can choose how to upload the photo of your document. You can either select an existing photo or take a new one.
Upload the front and back of your document, then click the "Continue" button to complete the identity verification process.
A pop-up window will then appear confirming your identity verification request.
